food effects on body

Brain:
Man's body is nothing without the brain. If there is a brain, then it is life.
Almonds, Butter, Milk is beneficial for brain
Head and Hair:

Using spicy foods and ice, tea, and tobacco are very harmful for hairs. Exercise daily, breathe deeply. The use of seeds, eggs, yogurt, milk etc is useful. Massages of mustard oil on hairs strengthen the hairs.
Face:
 Do exercise daily. Eat fresh fruits. Use the following foods:
Carrots, salad, tomato, mustard, milk, butter, egg, cucumber, grape, orange, apple.
Eyes:
Eyes are a great blessing. The whole beauty of world is with eyes. Take care of your eyes.
Ghee, Milk, Ginger, Fruits, Vegetables, Green Peas, Chickpeas cornflakes Vegetables etc are useful for eyesight.
Oil, red pepper, tea, ice and tobacco should be avoided.
Heart:
Heart is very special part of human body. It is also important to care for heart. These are the food that gives power to heart. Milk, Yogurt, Butter, Almond, Apple, Grape, Pineapple, Cardamom, Meat, Green vegetables, Dry fruits etc.
Stomach:
It is also an organ on which human life depends. If the stomach is upset, nothing will be beneficial by eating anything. These are the food supplements that are useful for stomach. Milk, Yogurt, Raw vegetables, Cooked Vegetables, fruit.
Liver:
This Organ also has great significance in the human body. if the liver leaves its work for a short break, the blood of man gets poisonous. vegetable, Coriander, Ginger,  Pineapple, Pomegranate, Milk, Cardamom, Cornflakes,
Bitter gourd, Salad, Tomato, Radish , and Fenugreek is very useful for liver.
Blood:
It is also a duty of man to pay attention to increasing blood strength. Seasonal Fruits like pomegranate, apple, Orange, carrot and tomato etc should be eating. Diet should be light and easy to digest. Fenugreek, Milk, Yogurt, Spinach, Meat soup, half boiled eggs, honey, Red lentils, yellow lentils and daily exercise is useful.
Bones:
Bones get strengthened in the body. Bones support delicate organs. Milk, Cereals, vegetables, yogurt is special diet for bones. In the morning and evening, two Breads with milk are very useful.
