What is PCOs. Symptoms and Treatment




 It’s a kind of hormonal disorder. There is no complete treatment yet, but you can control it. This is a condition in which a woman does not have a balance between sexual hormones estrogen and progesterone. This leads to the growth of ovarian cysts. It affects one in 10 women.
                   
  


Symptoms
 Irregular monthly cycle
Obesity
Hair fall
Acne on face and back
Anger, Hastiness
Unusual Pain in abdomen
Thick hairs on face Chest and all over the body
Infertility (difficulty in getting pregnant)

Don’t take it light. If you do not manage it at the time, you have the risk of diabetes, High blood pressure, depression, Heart diseases and many other diseases in the future.
There is no complete treatment for PCOs. You can manage it by some easy home remedies.
Try to lose weight
Skip eating Rice (you can use brown rice and brown bread)
Skip eating sugar. Juices, cookie, cake biscuit (except peach)
Do exercise daily
Be Active
Try to be Happy
Eat one spoon of aloe Vera daily
Drink at least 12 Glass water in a day
Broccoli is a best vegetable for PCOs
Fenugreek, spinach and fresh vegetables are also useful
