Physical illness
before starting the Diet Plan, make sure that you are not suffering from any disease. Yes, this may be the cause of your obesity. If you are a girl, then you should concern if you have Poly cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOs).  Girls rarely worry about it, but it can be a major reason for increasing the weight of girls. This Hormonal disorder can cause obesity and many major diseases, such as diabetes and heart disease. I suggest you to consult your gynecologist before starting diet plan.  The diet plan will affect only when you do not have any physical illness. Otherwise it could be harmful.

Avoid Fast food
Avoid fast food. These prove to be poisonous for you. Eat Home Made things. Eat fresh vegetables.
Exercise
Friends! Not only for being slim, but you should also take it daily for your health. Make it a part of your life and then see its benefits. It improves digestive system. Weight will begin to decrease if you will take exercise daily.
Cucumber, Ginger and Mint
Cut a Cucumber in pieces. Put a small piece of ginger and some leaves of the Mint in it. And then blend all these things. Drink this juice daily. It helps in digestion process and you will feel lighter.
Honey and Lukewarm water
if you are unaware of the benefits of honey, let me tell you that honey is a veteran prescription for reducing weight. Drink one spoon honey in one glass of Lukewarm water daily, and then see its magical effects. But honey should be pure.
Green tea
To reduce weight, use green tea of lemon grass leaves and mint. It will melt your body's extra fat. You can also use dry ginger and Aniseed.
Avoid Sweets
Yes friends, sweets plays the most important role in weight gain. Skip the sweet. I mean not only to avoid sugar, but there are many foods that contain sugar, such as rice, bread ... skip white rice. Use Brown rice and brown bread.
Quantity of food
Take at least two eggs in the breakfast and an apple. . But eat less in the day and night. Use low caloric food. Take exercise almost half an hour after eating. Eat slowly.
Be active
Do Work every time. Be the most active. Grapefruit juice also help in weight loss.
