 Vitamin A:It is stored where the fat is in the body. Children are required when child's body is growing at childhood. The effect of its absence appears, especially in

Vitamin is usually found in green vegetables, carrot, cabbage, tomato, green leafy vegetables and fresh fruit.
Plants make it with their food in sunlight .It is found in some fishes, milk, dairy, cheese, egg yolk, wheat, corn and fruits.
 This is found in milk, butter of Animals that eat the grass. These vitamins can take 100-degree heat, they destroy on high temperature. As it boils in water, it completely destroys if vegetables are roasted. It is also lost to drying the lentils. These are resolved in fat, oil and cereals, if they are dry and cool.
  In its presence the bodies of the children grow. Especially bones are strong. The body creates the power to cure diseases. Its presence causes eye health.

Vitamins E
There is not enough research on these vitamins, but it is very important that its presence is very important for fitness and energy.These vitamins are commonly found in cereals of milk and eggs etc. its small amount is found in grain and pulses also.
Vitamin G
Its name is also Vitamin B-2. It is more common in animal and yeast. It is also found in milk, eggs, fish and meat. Its use in Anemia and Jaundice is proven healthy.
